This summer I took a trip to the desert and came back with some fun ideas for this new series. The sun wasn’t originally going to look as it does, but after playing around with the modeling paste and mixing different colors, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Being open to happy accidents is really what leads me to the coolest results.

Materials used: 20x16 inch canvas, acrylic paint, modeling paste, glitter pen, and acrylic paint pen.
